PRODEVE (professional development) exist to build a movement that redefines how educators are seen and how they see themselves. We design apparel that represents professionalism, confidence, and comfort while empowering educators to wear their purpose with pride and fostering a culture where teaching is respected, admired and aspired to. 

Founded by two Morehouse Brothers Da’Quan Brown and Torrien Nelson and our vision is for PRODEVE to become the nation's leading educator-centered organization, transforming the teaching profession through innovation, advocacy and community. We envision a future where PRODEVE extends far beyond apparel by providing scholarships, professional development, leadership conferences, mental health resources, and pathways into the profession. 

Through strategic partnerships with schools, districts, and communities, we will work to make teaching more respected, supported and sustainable-socially, politically, economically and financially so that every educator has the opportunity to thrive.
